well, i personally like to chill the vodka for a few days, and then mix it with coke/pepsi/etc. but, i've found that if you get skyy vanilla, or even smirnoff vanilla, and mix it with coke/pepsi, it's fantastic. it tastes just like vanilla coke, and goes down smooth. BUT. it will creep up on you at first, and hit you like a mack truck doing 140.

 

This thread is amazing... I dont know what vodka tastes like! I've actually never even drank before... But you guys sure know how to mix drinks, that is cool. You're all like little alcoholic chefs! hahaha

I can drink Vladi like it's water... people at parties love watching me do that. Also, puting cigarettes out in my mouth without burning myself.


I ususally drink vodka and orange juice if I'm doing a vodka mixer. Screwdriver ftw... but I'm a whiskey man myself.





BUT I also found that it goes good with redbull and lemonade mixed together.


ALSO... cream soda... Yes, I said cream soda. Try it... you gotta mix it right though, try the mix and sip method to get it tasting good.

 

JUNGLE JUICE IMO...its by far the best combo for vodka...and if you get hungry just eat the fruit and get more f'ed up

 

^He's got a good point. I've had some great jungle juice parties... but there was more than just vodka in it.

 

Be a man and drink it straight. That is no reason to mess up a good Vodka by mixing it with something. LOL

 

Vodka and Red Bull = excellent club drink
Vodka and OJ = excellent house party drink
Vodka and vodka = excellent drink

Does it have to be Vodka, or are you open to alternatives? I knowof a few rum drinks that are straight up dangerous, due to how much acohol is in them, and how little you can actually taste

On the rare occasion that I drink vodka, it's in Martini form, pimp ****

side note, vodka & cranberry juice = cape codder

vodka & grapefruit juice = greyhound (and quite tasty)

vodka, cointreau, cranberry & splash of lime = cosmopolitan

vodka, kahlua & milk = white russian variation

vodka & redbull are actually a horribly bad combination for your body, so I'd steer clear of those

vodka, ice, splash of vermouth (shaken over ice) = martini



good tequila drinks:

tequila, cointreau, lime, splash of oj, splash of redbull = decent margarita

tequila, oj, grenadine = tequila sunrise

tequila, grapefruit & grenadine = tequila sunset

good rum drinks:

captains & coke = rum & coke

captains & rootbeer = rumberg

rum, kahlua & milk = white russian variation



there's only one good gin drink in my mind, being the good ole

gin & tonic

or the gangsta variation

gin & ghetto punch


there's also the favorite trash can punch:

get yourself a huge trashcan

1 gallon grain alcohol
1 liter 151
1 handle vodka
1 handle gin
1 handle clear rum
10-15 gallons fruit punch

mix in trash can...
add ice
