Tis totalled, hit a Lexas today. I T-Boned them and I was doing 50mph, the civic took it rather well and the wreck was as very "peacefull" compared to the dammage to both cars. Nobody was hurt.

I was going down a 2 lane road with-in 5mph of the speed limit and I came around a curve then up a very small incline. The Lexas was coming in my direction and turned left in front of me. I locked my breaks up and ended up sliding 118 feet and hitting them. My airbag came out and did not hurt like I expected one to, it was more so like landing on a really soft pillow and truely saved my *** because I no doubt would have had atleast my jaw broke or maybe even worse.

I did not go with the ambulance(sp) because I only have a slight cut on my right knee and a fat lip.

I maybe should have though cause midway through the day a good 3 to 5 hours after the wreck I got a bad headach and I took something for it. Now I nolonger have the migrain but I am feeling a bit dizzy and my right knee and ankle hurt real bad.

dude that sux. sory to hear that. and yeah you prolly should have gone with the ambulance. just as a precaution. plus if you have like a neck injury or something its documented that it was caused by the crash and you can get the therapy and treatment at least mostly paid for by the insurance company. just a thought. tough luck man.

 

Sorry to hear that bro, hope things work out for ya. You might want to go get checked out if your still feeling dizzy and what not. If theres internal bleeding you will probly have no idea untill its too late.

 

dont always just go with the ambulance. those suckers are expensive. but if youre feeling mostly OK, just go to a hospital on your own and get a checkup. itll save your insurance company about 2-8000 bucks, that would end up coming out of future premiums. that sucks though man, you have any pics of the carnage?

You shoulda went with the ambulance and then to the hospital. You need the reports from those for your insurance company in order to fake the back and neck injuries so that you can sue and make a pile of cash for the new Civic and all the mods you wanna do to it. Oh, sorry, I thought it was mandatory to fake all the injuries, since I hear of all these other people doing it.

 

If your feeling dizzy its prolly a concussion, you really should head to the doctors to have it checked. Sorry to hear about your car, that sucks, I've been there before, totalled a Jeep Cherokee, so I know how it feels. Hope theres nothing seriously wrong, but go to the doctors please.

 

I feel a bit better today. My neck, right arm, right knee, and right ankle are sore but not enough to warrent a lawsuit or a doctor visit. I will try and get some pics today but needless to say it pushed the whole front end of my car back about 3 feet or so. I'm glad I pulled all my turbo stuff off like a month ago cause that would have been $1500 or so lost.

I have to go pick up the police report today but in my conclusion I was not at fault. I was traveling with-in 5mph of the speed limit on a 2 lane road and the guy was coming in my direction then made a left hand turn then I slid and hit him in the side.
