i was totally gonna say get a metro! or an older cavilier.. dont worry about getting ur car of your dreams at a young age...get something from point a to point b and drive it...wreck it if you have to.

I would recommend a Geo tracker. They may not be fast but there fun as hell to drive. You could do so many things. And u could build yourself a cold air intake for it for $50.
