10-40 and reg gas

 

Valvoline Full Synthetic for engines over 75K 10W30, 89 octane gas.

 

Mobil1 5w-30, 92 octane Shell or Cheveron.

 

I use Mobil SuperSyn 5w-30, and run on 91 octane gas only because of the knock sensor issue - if I fill up with lower octane fuel, the motor will ping.

For Jetta, I use Mobil SuperSyn 10W30, and use the cheapest gas - since it makes no difference on that car (VW recommends 87)
