I'm hosting a church social (I go to the meeting with all people my age) on Saturday and I need to figure out the music. I'm pretty musically declined, but I know what music *I* like. The age span is 18-29ish.

If I can ever get iTunes to work I'm going to download songs and make a CD or two and just have them repeat. So, which ones are good? Can't have profanity, can't be obviously inappropriate for a church crowd, and can't be country or rap (the last two are because I want to be able to listen to the CD in the car afterwards). We'll be playing pool, will be in the spa, playing games (Twister!), and just hanging out and eating.

You see. thats where i'm at i do not listen to any christian music what so ever. It just doesn't sound right to me.

 

Ferry Corsten, Armin Van Buuren or DJ Doboy (Make sure you get the song, called "Punk," by Ferry Corsten - it's a must have at the party). Trance = party music. I got to see Corsten and Armin Van Buuren live and their music is great.
