why can't i sell my car?
Can you raise the suspension? If not, Id go back to stock. Many people wont wanna buy a modded civic because theyll figure you did the work, and theyre not going to drop 7500 into something theyre not sure of as far as worksmansship goes.
and why 7500? if you want to be rid of it that badly, lower your price.
all i see is:
2003 car with 107,000 miles for 7500 dollars.
without looking at any book, that seems high...my car cost quite a bit more than yours, and is a 2002 with 60k...and i would be happy to get 7500 for it.

I would de-mod the car the best you can. Like its been said you need to market the car to a more widespread "i want a civic cuz its gonna run forever and it gets great mpg" crowd. You figure most people arent looking to a 100k Lx to mod up so youre not attracting that crowd with this car.
Like everyone else said, put the stock wheels and exhaust back on. Then remove the pillar pod and anything else that suggests the car was driven hard. Most people buy Civics because they want a reliable car, anything that tells them it may no longer be reliable is going to be a huge turn off.
Also, maybe have your Dad talk to people when they come to look at it? First impressions of a young kid selling a Civic are that he probably drove it into the ground

I don't know bro, but $7,500 for a car that has over 100,000 miles is asking quite a bit. I know hondas can go forever, but once you hit the 100k mark your resale value drops quite a bit. Why can't you sell it for less then $7,500??
sorry reading owns me[:-] Best bet man is to keep your car till it's paid off. Best thing in the world is to have a car that is truely yours. Once it is paid off, then get another car. Once my car is paid off, i am going to keep it and probably get an older stang and dedicate that stricktly as a project car. I would recommend the same if possible.
