Youre wrong. I tested the waters on selling my 00 civic ex. 125k miles and I asked 8300 for it. My email was full in 30 minutes.

It also depends on the market for that type of car in your area.

I may be wrong, but I would be that its more likely that youre making things up.

That car only books for 6700 bucks in top shape, so if anyone in their right mind offered you 8300 for it, either they were all stupid to offer it, or you were stupid not to take it. Basing my opinion on your last post, I would choose the later.

my friend just bought an '02 with 100k miles on it, no mods, by an old guy, with perfect records for 6k. Price seems a bit high to me.

lol at pat, i can't afford the insurance on it b/c i'm on high risk insurance and i have to have full-coverage until its paid off. i owe 4100 on it, so the rest will go to buy my new car. kbb says 6800-7800 fair-good... so that's what i'm basing my price on... does that not make sense?

yes...maybe throw in a "or best offer", just to see what ballpark offers you get? that might help to give you an idea of exactly what price range people WANT to pay...

LOL ^^ Pat ur funny....

Baker....Where are you at?? In Cali Bay area a 2003 with ~70K miles are going for 6800-15000. Some private and some dealers. The mods(A-Pillar), the aftermarket muffler, milageand the dent hurts you. Check into a paintless dent removal and for 200 dollars get it rolled out a bit. Keep the rims. Clean the begezsus out of your car. DETAIL everything including the engine bay. A clean car will sell faster. Then find a sunny bright location and take some nice pictures for your add. Exterior both sides, interior, close up of cluster. Hit the highlights like....ALL service records, oil changed every 3000, high MPG very reliable. You do have all of those right?? Repost and good luck.

Oh yah and if you end up keeping the car if you have decent credit and your car is worth more then you owe refinance it with another bank. That'l drop your payments drastically.
