where are the parents when things like this happen. all i am going is when a mother says thats it's not fair that your child got 5-13 years less of a sentence that his friends did, then you need to get your head check

He was 15, he knew better so theres no reason why he should get a lighter sentence. If anything it needs to be longer.

i watched the video on the site and mom was yelling at the camera that her son isn't going to get to go to school. if that was my son, a 22 year sentence would be great

That is BS. They should have all gotten an equal sentence. Should have been a higher sentence as well. At 15, you're fully capable of understanding what you're doing.

 

^ exactly, the thing i don't understand is that the other guys probably got a higher sentence cause they started the beating, but he was the one who gave the final blow...jumping on his ribs and crushing him to death.... he should have gotten just as much as the rest
