y is it tht whn u drive on the crazy side nothing happenes u dont damage ur car but whn u drive safe and normal **** happens.

i ran into the back of sum1 cause some idiot stop infront of her doesnt noe how to drive. they stopped in the middle of a highway for no god dam reason which made the lady in front me slam on her brakes and she barely missed him but unfortunatley i couldnt stop in time and hit her in the back. NOTHING to her car but my fromnt end is FUKED up. srry i dont have pics cause my dad took it in as soon as possible.

whts even worse the cop says im at fault i have to appear in court, and i get a 135$ ticket for reckless driving....HOW THE HELL

ill admit whn its my fault but come on...only cause im 16 and the coop was an *******, thts y i hate cops sometimes they have no common sense.

Following distance is very important, if you hit some1 from the back its gonna be your fault almost everytime. I've been hit twice and both times was from the back and wasn't my fault. I always make sure that i have plenty of space b/w me and the guy in front of me and i never have any problems.

 

yea, even thought you didn't cause the wreck it's still going to be your fault. maybe you can hope for the best and they'll throw the ticket b/c of unsafe driving conditions. that what happend when rear ended some one, there was wreck in front of the us both. so you can always hope for the best

yup almost everytime someone hits another personfrom behind it is their fault, no matter what the reason, the reason is that you were too close for the speed you were going even if someone hits you from behind and you hit someone in front of you, even if it was a dead stop... it is still your fault, sorry bout the accident though

 

at much as it may seem lyk it was my fault i would put 1,000 bucks tht it wasnt my fault. i have been having break problems with thm locking up.

Yea it happens. I hate that law. If I were a cop if you stopped on a highway for no reason whatsoe ever, you should get the ticket.

 

you can actually try and fight it, but you would have to find out why they slammed on the breaks to begin with. if it turns out the guy in the front did it on purpose hoping someone would hit him then they would be at fault. its called fraud. check it out and do what you can. good luck.
