how much do you think that I'm looking into spending, how much is a stage 2 turbo, and how much would I spend in the rest of the internal engine parts, plus labor. I really want to do it, especially if I don't have to change the engine.

A stage 2 kit will probably be somewhere in the $3000 - $4000 range. And then if you do want to get forged internals, thats another $1000 - $3000 depending on just how strong you want them. Then your prolly gona want to get it sleeved also, but not sure how much that is. Then you gotta buy all the fuel management and boost controller, turbo timer, etc. and that'll cost you probly around $750 - $1000+. Then you gotta get it tuned, which is also a pretty penny, but probably the most important thing. But if you got all that, you wouldn't have to stop at 300hp.

Interesting, they were charging me like $3,500.00 to change the engine to an integra engine plus labor, which would only produce about 170 HP, with about $1,500.00 more I can get much more horsepower. Which turbo kit would you prefer the REV HARD or the GREDDY TURBO KIT.

If you are going for higher hp then the rev hard kit is definetly going to give you better results. However, it is a very agressive kit so make sure you have proper fuel management and the right tune. I cannot stress enough the importance of a good tune. Also the rev hard kit isn't street legal in a bunch of places so you should probably check on that. The greddy kit is 50 state legal I think, but you won't be able to hit the higher numbers with it.

Can anybody tell me why most people changes the engine, instead of getting a more aggressive turbo and changing the engine internal parts.

Something else I wanted to learn, the PSI in a turbo, how do you regulate it, is there a screw that you move to get more PSI OR HOW DOES IT WORK?. Any body does of a reputable store in the internet that I can get my engine internal parts from.

Pressure is regulated through the wategate. Wasgates have a spring that opens at a set boost pressure and let the exhaust out so it can't go through the turbo. There is something with a boost controller but i dunno how it works, ill let some1 with more knowledge than me handle that.
