01-03 compatible with 04-05 grills?

I have an 05 em2, and I cant seem to find the grill I want for the 05, but it's plentiful in the 01-03 options, are the 01-03 grills the same as the 04-05 grills? reason why I ask is because I still dont know what all was changed after 03 to go to the 04/05's

ie. are they the same dimensions? I found a rs grill for an 03 civic and I want to know if it'll fit my 05
