Default '05 civic EX lights problem

my turn signals work, however my emergency lights do not (button for hazards). When I push it, nothing happens. Could it be a fuse? and if so, where the crap is my fuse box, and is there a legend on it, telling me which fuse does what? Sorry for sounding stupid, but when i bought the car last week, my manual for it was nowhere to be found (AKA didn't come with one) :P.

Default RE: '05 civic EX lights problem

I have 01 Civic but not 05 Civic information; however, these models may be similar. Based on this assumption:

1) Check whether fuse #5 in the under-hood fuse/relay box or fuse #19 in the under-dash fuse/relay box (picture 1) is blown.

2) Troubleshoot the hazard warning switch (picture 2).
