'06 Civic Hybrid spoiler removal

Default '06 Civic Hybrid spoiler removal

not sure if this is under the right heading....
anyways im looking to put on a aftermarket spoiler onto my civic i found the two bolts and i took the nuts off.... why cant i get it off?

is there something else holding it on?
how do i take it off / out?

usually there are 4 some are hidden or hard to see look for plastic plugs along the frame work sometimes these hide bolts or screws, the gasket may also have some adhesive on it to seal between the spoiler and the trunk lid. Do you have pics of the spoiler?

there is no gasket holding the spoiler down... just the two bolts and i looked at it with a mag light and i found 2 plastic clips... and i spent 3 hours pulling at them -.- you know how to get them out?

i dont have a pic right now but ill attach one when i get home from school
