If its happening while youre turnin I would first check your power steering fluid level...sometimes when it gets low it begins to whine....also old serpintine belts have been known to whine..

You have a bumper to bumper warranty for the first 3 yrs or 36,000 miles. So since it's an 07, you are within 3 yrs. How many miles on it? If it is under 36,000 miles, then everything is covered. They should not charge you a penny. But if it happens when turning, it's either the power steering or one of the belts.

Yea, that's what the warranty is for
just take it to them, have them check it and get back to us when you find out something
