07 Civic Si cruise control
Hello,
I'm not a frequent poster as I've dealt with so many issues on my car, I've kind of became numb to the talking about the problems (I just fix them and move on... luckily I've fixed 90% of them by now). I have an odd problem though.
I have 62,000 miles on my 4 door Si and randomly, my cruise control will not engage. The cruise light indicator will come on, yet when I press the set button, the cruise won't set. I've toggled the cruise on and off a few times hoping to reset a computer or something, but nothing seems to work. If I leave it alone for a while, the cruise randomly starts working again. Anyone else having this problem?
Thanks

On my SI, I have an issue with the cruise control sensor on the clutch pedal sticking and causing it to disengage or not turn on at all. I have to pull up on the clutch with my foot and it stays good for a year or so. Worth a look on yours, but it sounds more like a problem with the actuator or moisture in the vacuum lines.

Thanks boiler 1,
I'll try pulling up on the clutch when it happens again. Although I feel that if that doesn't work, I'll be chasing a ghost. Honda argues with every claim that I make. Is there a simple way to diagnose either of those? Or are they expensive to just replace?
Thanks again
