Default 08 Civic ABS Slipping?

Hey gang, i just traded in my 04 CRV for an 08 Civic. I noticed with the civic when i'm slowing down, and if i hit some bumps in the road (train tracks / sunken in manhole or just ruts in the ground) my ABS kicks in, and it feels like i'm slipping. I almost hit someone the other day because of this. I was not going fast at all when i was slowing down, maybe slowing down from 40KM/hr. I just had my car in to honda for the first service, and they tell me all is good. Is this just the civic being overly sensitive?

Could be, i must say it only happened twice so far, and i was not really paying attention if i pushed harder on the brakes or what. i know i'm beeing pretty cautious about it now.
