I was looking for some sort of timeline table to show what a good 162k mile service would be on the car and couldnt find one.

So what is a good service/tune up to do at about 160-165k miles?

 

On most cars the maintenance schedule runs out at a certain time and they tell you just to start again from the beginning. I just looked at my maintenance manual and it stops at 105K miles.
