hey im am thinking in buying a 95 civic si it has a v tech and it has 196 k miles is that too many

196,000 i wouldnt pay over 2,500 in perfect condition

i wouldnt pay over 2k in perfect condition....my 95 has 168k on it and i think kelly blue book said around $1500 for it...
