By the way, if it helps, the specific fuses mk378 is referring to are 31 and 32 (see picture).

OK UPDATE, I TOOK OFF THE DISTRIBUTOR CAP and lol. ill turn my caps off rofl. but i took it off and it just looks fugging disgusting. the ignition coil plastic looks cracked, the electrodes look all corroded. i think the asswipe who has this before me sprayed down the car with a hose to clean it. it just looks groaty, should i clean and scratch the **** off the electrodes and try starting the car again? ill show some pics

now i dunno about any of you and you guys are a hell of a lot smarter than i am when it comes to this ****, but to me that dont fugging look right. does anyone agree. should i still try to test it? i know its gona hafta eventually hafta be replaced but is this why my cars not starting?

I don't like that crack in the second to last picture but everything else looks pretty normal. What you should do is put the coil back in but don't put the cap on, then take a piece of scrap wire and connect one end to ground and hold the other end near the spring on the coil while someone cranks the engine. You should get blue sparks at least 3/4 inch long. If you can only get little yellow sparks, the coil is probably bad.
that crack bothered me too. i scraped all the deposits and rust off the terminals so ill see if someone could help me check **** out. i put it all back together tho and the damn thing still didnt start so imma check the ignition coil
OK BIG FACKING UPDATE
im facking stuck again. ok i went out and bought the multimeter. didnt do **** for ahwile cuz i didnt have the money. but i got one and tested the ohm on the ignition coil. it tested within spec. but the other thing its ****ting a yellow spark. im lost as to what to do. but another thing is i checked the ecu. light flashes once when u turn the key to on. and the check engine light comes on then just turns off. i was told the timing belt has snapped off supposedly. so i took the spark plug wires.and fetched a old spark plug. and plugged it into the spark plug wire, snapped the alligator clamp from one end of the jumper cable and attached the other to the engines grounding strap. and i got a weakass yellow spark. hence its been tested. im just lost as what to do now. another thing is i notice a strong smell of gas when i try to crank it. but no gas leaks anywhere. could the fuel injectors be bad? im facking lost once again. any help is appreciated!
