hey everyone whats up.. Im new here.. anyways I just bought a 1990 civic ex. for 725$..
well it runs good and is relatively clean...
so far I have oil changed it.. castrol gtx... with a bosch oil filter..
new bosch platinum spark plugs.
I completley drained the old radiaror fluid and put in new one... and thats about it..... But I was wondering why my rpm gauge stopped working... its a 5 speed... it stopped after I degreased my engine... any ideas.. and would you knwo why my speedo doesnt work either

 

i would check fuses then wires, for 725$ i would think there would be some wear and tear. but i would check the wires and make sure all is well with those
