Default 1991 honda civic dx main relay failed one of 3 continuity tests

I have a 1991 honda civic dx that will crank but not start even after hooking up booster battery and getting well above 13 volts. I also tried starter fluid, but it didn't work. All the fuses I checked turned out good. When I placed hand over main relay while turning key over to start, I didn't feel any clicks. So I decided to take it out and bench test it. According to a forum, to test a 1991 honda civic main relay (I admit that it could have been referring to 1991 honda civic crx, but it said that it would work on all 1991 honda civics), I would do three different continuity tests.

https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-...-pics-2535047/

In the first test, I would hook positive mini cable from car battery positive terminal to terminal 4 of main relay and negative mini cable from car battery negative terminal to terminal 8, and then I would test continuity between 5 and 7. Not only did I hear clicks as soon as I hooked car battery to main relay, the multimeter read 0 for resistance, so that would be a pass.

In the second test, I would hook positive to terminal 5 and negative to terminal 2, and I would test continuity between 1 and 3. There were no clicks when I hooked positive and negative cables to main relay this time, and I got a resistance reading of 1. I guess this test would be a fail.

In the third and final test, I would hook positive to terminal 3 and negative to terminal 8, and then I would check continuity between 5 and 7. Just like in first test, I heard clicks as soon as I hooked positive and negative cables to main relay, and just like the first test, I got a resitance reading of 0.

According to some youtube videos and other internet sources, I believe this main relay could be fixed by soldering and desoldering. Based on these pictures, could my main relay be fixed by desoldering and soldering? If so which metal pieces to solder and desolder?

What does it mean when there are no clicks as soon as I hooked up booster cables to terminals 5 and 2?

All help, advice and answers is much appreciated.

P.S. Of course, I can take better pictures if you need me to.
