Any help would be appreciated. I have 93 civic 1.5L ca. . It wont shut off. Have to pull a fuse. 4 of the engine system lights stay on at dash. So I have the batt disconnected now. I cleaned the contacts on the old ign switch and it worked fine once. got a diff ign switch and same problem. This and the turn signal-hazard lights quit working at the same time. previosly only had problems with instument illum lights wouldn't always come on.

 

See if it stops when you unplug the ignition switch. If it does, bad switch or problem with the key cylinder not turning the switch properly. If it doesn't, look for aftermarket wiring bypassing the ignition switch somehow (e.g. a malfunctioning remote start).
