Default 1993 CIVIC DX Check Engine light blinking confushion

okay i tried the trick that Ronj had in his sig but when i turn the key to II (or on)
it justs does longs blinks no short blinks...just long.. would that be the code
#1-O2A Oxygen Sensor?

i read it like 1000 time(exagerating) and im sure in doing ti right with the car off i put a loop of wire in to both sides of the jumper.

Does the code Repeat?

thanks

If it's a long blink then it wouldn't be a code 1. It would be a code 10. But is it long blink and then a pause? or is it long blink, long blink, long blink (for however many times it does it)?

There are two possibilities, code 10 (IAT) or code 20 (ELD) (see table below).

If the CEL was ON prior to jumping the service connector, then you probably have code 10.

If the CEL was not ON prior to jumping the service connector, then you probably have code 20.

Was the CEL ON before jumping the service connector? If so, you more than likely have code 10.

Do you have a stock D15B7 engine?

Check whether the IAT (TA) sensor is disconnected:
