Default 1994 civic lx
i replaced the main relay on my car but on cold and rainy days it will not fire up the check engine light will stay on but when it starts the light goes of and it will start help

If you're sure the main relay is good-- the CEL staying on and fuel pump not priming is likely a problem inside the ECU. Or it could potentially be a loose fuse.

what is the ecu and this only happens on cold rainey days
