So I love my del sol, it's rated for 33/36mpg, but even with 230,000 miles on it I get 35/40mpg. Crazy. Anyway, the electronics on the car are starting to go. about 2 years ago the airbag controller died, which i had replaced, now the electric window controller is working intermittently.

The REAL problem is I had been looking to sell it and wasn't driving it a lot. I drove it out to show it to a potential buyer and when I got there, it wouldn't start. turn the key and the engine turns, but won't start. gas is flowing, etc. just no starting. had it towed to the honda dealership, they told me it needed a tune up. I told them I needed it to start. I replaced the spark plug wires, as that was one of the many initial theories, no help. Many hundreds of dollars later they replaced the igniter unit and the ignition coil. it started and I drove it home. I drove it again a week later so that it wouldn't be sitting around for a long time like it had been previously, no problems. it runs like a top. one week later I tried to start it and..... nothing. same as before, engine cranks, but will not start.

ANY IDEAS???
