Default 1996 honda civic bleed screw?

hi,

where the upper radiator hose meets the head there is a screw right above it. Is that the bleed screw for the coolant system? Is that a special screw?

Bleed screws have a hole in the center like the ones on the brakes. When loosened, the system bleeds through the hole. I don't think coolant bleeders were installed after 1995. If there's no hole in the screw, don't loosen it.
