Default 1997 Civic Crank wont start

I have a 1997 Honda Civic that just died on the way home from work one night. I towed it home and started working on it. I have replaced the Distributor cap, Rotor and coil. I now have fire to all spark plugs but it still will not start. I have fuel coming from the fuel pump/filter. But still won't start. HELP Please

3 things for a car to run fuel, spark and air you have spark you have have fuel. Where's the air?! Do you have some type of air blockage in you air filter. It would have to be extreme to not start. Do you for sure hear the fuel pump engage? You said that it cranks meaning the that the starter is engaging. Might sound crazy but check your crank position sensor that is located to the right of the timing belt cover, if your facing toward your car it would be behind the cover, your dip stick is right by the timing belt cover. Make sure it's plug in and if it is Follow that wire and make sure it isn't severed.
