Default 1997 Civic Engine knock w/video
Hello,
I got my civics timing belt done the other day and it now sounds like this. It got the belt, tensioner, and water pump changed. Here is the video for what it sounds like.

I think that is just valve noise. Did someone try to adjust the valves? Adjust them again, it is important to follow the procedure exactly.

Not sure. The mechanic is blaming it on cheap parts (ebay kit). I will ask him if he did. Thanks for the heads up.
