Default 1998 Civic Sedan DX general maintenance?

1998 Honda Civic DX sedan, 138k miles, 5 speed.

So far I've seafoamed the through the brake booster, Auto-Rx'd, changed the oil/filter, changed PCV valve. I picked up 3 qts of Honda MTF and plan to change manual tranny lube this week.

Things I'd like to do are:

Change fuel filter - where exactly is it located?
Clean idle control air valve - anyone help on how to do this?
Clean throttle body - Any help on this also?
If there a dist cap and rotor button on these motors?

Any other maintenance tips or things I should do? I'd like to keep this thing running for a LONG time.

Thanks in advance!!

The timing belt was changed by the previous owner about 30-35k miles ago according to the maintenance records she provided.

I'm wondering more about the smaller but important stuff I mentioned above.

sounds like ya preaty much got the majority of the typical tune up stuff...
my fuel filter on my 99EX was right next to my battery on the firewall.... and that thing was SUPER TIGHT!!!!!!!!!!and after you swap it ya gotta reset your ECU or it will give a fuel pressure CEL code.... at least mine did when i changed it... simple to reset....

other than the stuff you already said id say flush out the brake fluid.... have the brakes completly bleed out with fresh fluid.... just dont let the master cylinder run outta fluid and it will be realy quick to flush out... the old fluid is easily noticable old dirty dark looken...

but after seafoaming id think thats all ya need.... also some new plugs and wires...

and a new O2 sensor....
