Default 1999 CX Civic - Weird headlight/handbreak/dashlight problem.

Hey everyone, I have a really strange issue with my electric system.
The car is a 99 civic CX.

When I start the car, everything is fine.

The moment I turn off the parking break, the high beam comes on.(when the actual lever is off)

when I turn it to daytime running lights, nothing changes. high beam is still on.

when I turn it to headlights/night time lights... the highbeam turns off and the headlights turn on (the only setting that works)

the Dashboard light is also very sporadic, it works sometimes.

Anyone have any recommendations or know what's going on?

The fuses are all good, I checked them out last week.

Do all the lights on the outside of the car work properly?

Check the ground wire behind the cluster. Could also be bad connections at the cluster, or a break in the cluster's internal wiring.

check your grounds, follow your wiring harness under hood that goes to the lights, all the relays must be bolted to the car, its their ground

Check the DRL Module located in drivers side for bad solder joints. Search for DRL "Full meal deal" for more information.
