Default 1999 honda civic lx 4dr-sedan front speakers very quiet

need help with a speaker issue with my civic sedan 1999 lx.

so I bought new speakers for front and back and put them in myself. they seem to be really quiet compared to the back ones, all speakers (2 front 2 rear) and deck are pioneer brand. deck was 250, front speaker pair was 100 and rear was 140. the back ones seem to overpower front with sound and im confused. I checked the fader and at the moment it is dead center. when I move it up and down for front and back, nothing seems to change unless I go all the way front, which makes the back not work, and all the way back, which makes the front not work, but in between there isn't much difference that from center. can anyone help me with this?
