Decided to do my son a favor and change out is CC on his civic because of the P0420. I did some research didnt look like too big of a deal. Thanks to all the posts on the topic BTW. Now I ran into a problem removing the last 2 nuts off the flange below the CC. While I was trying to remove them( got one off just fine) they broke loose inside the flange. Cant get a tool on the topside as it is flat right!. Now what? Do I cut off the pipe entirely? Anyone run into this issue. My son is not too happy hoping can get some help..
