Question 2000 Civic CX - NO meters working

As the title says, not any of the meters (engine temp, speedometer, odometer or fuel level) are working. I have checked all the fuses and I have also installed a new VSS. I am guessing that the problem may be coming from somewhere where the wires for all the meters are together? Thanks a lot!

Does the oil light come on when you turn the key on but don't start? That light is powered from the same source that runs all the meters. If you haven't already, pull the cluster and make sure the harness plugs to it are secure.
