Unhappy 2000 Honda Civic EX coupe with a couple problems

I recently bought a Silver 2000 Honda Civic EX Coupe with a body kit.
you can view a picture of it here: http://images.craigslist.org/3n53ma3...ce01c31b41.jpg

Just a few days after I bought it my sister borrowed the car for a 500 mile trip. On the way she fell asleep at the wheel and managed to damage the front left corner of the car. I got the car for very little because I knew the owner, but I don't have extra money for full repairs. The car is driveable as far as I can see, except that the front bumper cover is cracked and needs to be replaced, and also the plastic part of the wheel well is hanging down and scraping on the wheel. I am not a pro with car repairs, but I'm a pretty handy person so I think I could replace the two parts myself until I can get money for an actual repairman to make sure everything is okay with the front end. I'm wondering where I can get a front bumper cover (I would actually prefer a slightly less fancy one than the one pictured, I never liked it anyway) and where would I get a new wheel well cover? I have some money, just not enough for outrageous mechanic prices. Also, could I put those pieces on myself with just a car jack, or does it require a lift?

I forgot to add that the picture was taken before the car the front bumper was damaged, and that I can take pictures of the damage if that would help.

I think you are talking about the inner wheel well plastic hanging off, your best bet is to go to a local junk yard and pick up both that and the bumper, then have it painted if needed.

In regards with the plastic inside of the wheel. Well I have the number for a Virginia Honda dealer and they give whole sale price if you don't live in that state. I have bought alot of things from them very cheap, not even close to the prices they have here in Cali... If you want the # let me know..

That number would be awesome. Do you know what the exact terminology for that part would be? Wheel well water guard or something like that?
