Default 2000 Honda Civic running issue

Hey guys. In need of some help. Have a 2000 Civic LX with a 1.6. It starts up, runs for a few seconds, and then as the rpms kick down it stalls out. If I pinch off the return line coming from the fuel pressure regulator the car will run but smoke. As soon as I unpinch the line it stalls out. I've done plugs, wires, cap, rotor, fuel filter, fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, and coolant temp sensor. Not sure what to look for next

could be the actual regulator is shot or you have a vacuum leak, though it shouldn't stall from just the vacuum leak. I'd replace all the vacuum lines with silicone ones and get a new stock regulator. Easy fix.

I'll try to replace all the vacuum lines. Did the fuel pressure regulator already with no change
