Adjusting the timing
I have a 98 civic hx it has the D16y5 with vtec and its a 5speed
I changed out my distributor and i tried to adjust the timing but when id advance it the would go up just a little but then would go back down to the original idle speed im pretty sure its because i forgot to jump two wire plug found under the glove box. So my question is now what do i do?
