2001 civic lx timing belts do they last 190K?

2001 civic lx timing belts do they last 190K?
about to go on a 500 mile trip. Car has 190K miles on it. Has this belt been changed? or can they actually last 190K miles when new? I know they are supposed to be changed at 105k but I purchased the car at 155k miles.
