2001 civic wont start

Default 2001 civic wont start

It turns over but fuel pump doesnt come on. replaced fuel pump, nothing. replaced main relay and now it blows the fuel pump fuse #17. There isnt a flashing green key. anyone have any new suggestions. i tried resetting the srs by using a jumper wire but it comes back on

If the pump is good, the wire from the relay to the pump must be shorted to ground somewhere. Look for aftermarket anti-theft modifications which often involve cutting into the fuel pump wire.
