I'm having a strange problem with the power locks in my 2001 Civic LX Coupe. It started about a month ago after someone broke in a stole my aftermarket stereo. Since that day, the power locks have not worked by the switch or by locking the drivers door. I had originally thought it had to do with some kind of antitheft running through the stereo, but after replacing it, they still don't work.

I have checked all fuses under the dash and under the hood.

When you hit the switch on the drivers door, you can here a click under the dash. Very rarely and seemingly random, lock/unlock works, but usually they do not.

Any thoughts as to why the locks are not working properly?
