Default 2002 Honda Civic noise just happened today

Hi folks, thank you very much for helping me out.

I believe the squeaky noise is from belt, but I am not sure. I post the ticking/chirping noise here:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i5w0VwxOxQg

it's Honda civic 2002, first time owner, 98k miles. no parts change under
hood.

yesterday I notice the AC doesn't function well, seems like doesn't work.
Besides that, everything work fine.

today it's 75 degree. I drove 30 miles on highway, turn on maximum AC even
though there is no cold air coming out. I notice it's hard to drive beyond
60mph, and maximum I can reach to is 70 mph. I also notice the "woooo" noise
from under hood. I thought it's strange, but didn't pay much attention.

I got to local doing some shopping, 15 minutes late, I start the engine (didn't give it some gas ) . I
heard this roaring noise which scare me. i hurry back home. On the way back,
I turn off AC, the noise apparently reduce a lot, and I can also drive to
80mph easily.

Once I got home, I let engine idle , and record this video. the noise is not
roaring but still noticeable. It seem to under the runing belt, or under the
engine.

Any thoughts?

it could be your water pump since it appeared to get louder when you moved towards the water pump. your car is past due for a new water pump, timing belt and drive belts. if your timing belt snaps say goodbye to your engine. also im guessing that your ac compressor clutch is seized up that's probably what you heard screeching. it looks like a ton of rust to maybe you bought a flood car does it smell moldy musky inside the car ???

Take the A/C belt off and spin the compressor pulley by hand. Any noise or wobble at all is bad, it will get much worse at speed. You can also start the engine with the belt off and see if the noise went away. If not, try the other belts. You can take all the belts off and it will still run for a test.

It's kind of overdue for a timing belt change. Even without reaching the number of miles it should be replaced after several years because rubber deteriorates with age. If you were to drive until the timing belt breaks, severe engine damage is likely.
