Hello everybody, I am new here and I've been looking and looking for a answer to some problem I'm having.
my car is a 2003 Honda Civic Hybrid and the parking lights, license plate lights, or tail lights are not coming on, neither is the chime when you leave the headlights on or the lights around the ac buttons or fan speed buttons. I should mention that they do work, when I deactivate my car alarm all the lights come on. I've checked all the fuses labeled anything having to do with lights and I have also replaced the headlight switch on the steering wheel. I'm stumped amd just wondering if anyone has ran into this or if someone can point me in which direction to head. Thank you!!

 

I should mention that my car is Japanese so I don't think the daylight running lights relay is applicable or am I mistaken???
