Default 2004 Civic LED DRL Issue

Hey guys, just got a set of Sealight LED headlights (both high beams and low beams). When I installed them all, the DRL only worked on the drivers side, very dim, and flickering. Passenger side wasn't working at all.

I then purchased some Ignite Anti Flicker Harness' thinking this may fix the issue. When I plugged them both in, neither of the DRL lights work. When I plug one in, the opposite side DRL turns on, at normal brightness but still flickering.

I can't figure it out. Should I buy a decoder instead of an Anti flicker harness? The lights work fine on high beam and low beam with no flicker or issues. My only issue is the DRL, because I legally need them in Canada.

Any ideas??

Sid you figure this out. I have the same problem with my sons car only it the opposite. Passenger side drl works but dim and the drivers side doesn’t light at all. High beams work fine.
