2005 honda civic VINS????
I'm registering a salvaged vehicle and I'm wondering if front and rear bumpers need VIN #'s or EOM #'s. How about the hood? I just bought it and I'm having a hard time getting it to pass the inspection.
I have the receipts for the parts but the VINS aren't listed on the receipts and I can't find the VINS on the parts. The parts were bought in a legit place. ??????
