Default 2006 A/C Problem

EX Coupe, 105K miles

Going down the road at 55+ mph, can feel engine drag from A/C clutch, as it engages. Enough where I have heard what sounds like belt slip.
Starting having the issue after I dumped about half a can of 134A into the A/C System.

Car on with the A/C on; at idle, Clutch engages/Condenser Fan engages. Clutch disengages/Condenser Fan disengages. Fan does not stay on full time, only when the clutch engages, is this normal?

Put gauges on the car;
95 degrees F, ambient
Idle 32/180
1500 rpms
Clutch engage - 22/225
Clutch disengage - 40/200
Are the readings with in normal range?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
