2006 Civic EX Coupe Door "sill" CRUSHED!
Hello All:
new to the forums. i have a quick tech question for you all. (I should mention 2006 Civic EX Coupe)
tonight I managed to scrape/dent the 'sill' underneath the passenger door. I was leaving a pharmacy drive thru and turned right onto a little curb/sidewalk that was not visible. The door and everything else seems to be just fine and this sill is all that needs replaced.
HOWEVER, I cant seem to figure out if this can be replaced without replacing the entire side panel. Anyone have insight on this part? Can it be replaced on its own and how much should money should I expect this to cost me?
Its a holiday weekend, so I wont be able to get some estimates until next week... just want to get an idea.
Thanks!

ya but newer cars are using steel lower skirts instead of our 92-00 plastic skirts. some are made into the car....
my boss did it to his new car crushed it all in, he ended up doing a insurnace claim on it to get it fixed. he never told me how much it cost tho on his car.
