Default 2006 Honda Civic Blower Motor

Yesterday, my AC Blower Motor stopped working. I replaced the fuse with no luck. This morning it started working again, but has quit again. Does anyone have any advice? Where are the relay and resistor located?

Measure voltage at the motor with everything plugged in, key on, and switch on high. If there is voltage across the motor terminals but it doesn't run, motor is bad.

If zero volts across the motor, measure each wire to ground to see if it's a problem with getting power, or if both wires are live the ground side is not complete. I think it'd be similar to the 01-05 model with a fuse and relay under the hood and a power transistor in the ductwork. The power transistor regulates the ground side of the motor same concept as a resistor.
