Default 2006 Rear End Collision

I was recently rear ended in my brand new 2006 Civic Sedan (silver) by a massive Ford SUV (which was HOT). There's some minor damage around the bumper which I don't mind, but the bumper needs to be replaced. A full estimate that addresses every detail came in at around $1200.
I'd rather just take the money and find a rear bumper on my own. It won't be as perfect as if a good body shop were to do the work, but that's fine because I just rack up tons of miles real fast anyway.
Where might I get a new (or like new) rear bumper and is it pretty easy to install?
Thanks.

You can try ebay, but shipment will probably cost you arm and leg. I think local junk yard is your best bet.
