Hello out there!

So I bought a brand new 2015 Honda Civic EX in 2015 and use this car for Roadside Service and now has almost 90K miles on it. Being my second Honda I knew it would hold up as good as the last one.

My problem is about 65K miles, I went to adjust the passenger side electric mirror and as soon as it started to move it blew the number 15? fuse inside the cab on the drivers side. That fuse also controls the whole AC panel. ( haven't been able to adjust the mirrors since )

Ive tried to look this up VIA Google but wasn't getting very far. Any idea where this short could be? Simple fix?

I tried to call a few shop and the dealer and they won't tell me anything and all of them want me to just bring it in.

I did find something on Google that said the whole fuse box would have to be replaced? Please say it isn't so!
