Unhappy 6000k hi/lo beams not working

So i am brand new to the forum and a relatively new forum user. I have an 03 honda civic i am trying to install my new 6000k hi/low beams. After install i realized that i had my switch in my car on low beams, and my high beam blue light was on, and the high beam headlights were on. I messed with the wiring and messed a lot up trying to figure out why my high beams were on and i couldn't get my low beams to work. Now i installed the original lights so that i don't get pulled over, and my driver side headlight has a very low light output. Not sure if anyone has any suggestions on how to get my driver side headlight to output more light, or can help at all.
