Default 85 Civic Hatchback fuel pump ???

I have an 85 civic that just won't start.. all of a sudden.

I no longer hear the fuel pump which I beleive I used to: Quick question.. Where is the fuel pump relay located or perhaps a fuel pump fuse? Where is the actual pump located so I can check the wires? Please help!! Thanks in advance. It's been kind of cold here so I shot a little starting fluid down the intake tube and it will run for a brief second until the starting fluid burns off. I'm still only at a guess that I am not getting any fuel.

The fuel pump is underneath the back seat (On sedans and coupes, but not sure about hatchbacks. Should be right by the gas tank though). But yeah, definetly sounds like there's no fuel getting to the engine. Turn the key to the position right before the crank position, and you should hear the fuel pump cut on. If not, then it's something electrical. If you do hear it, you might need to clean out your injectors.
